Prompt service, well received by my nephew

I had forgotten to purchase a gift for my nephew for his second birthday. After a browse of the website and being impressed by the wide range of items, I contacted Sue and asked for a recommendation of what age-appropriate gifts would be suited to my nephew. Sue made some suggestions based on popular items, and prepared the order straight away to be sent express post and was received very promptly.
